Filter differential pressure parameter

AA/AB/AC/AD-superior service life and removal rate of 99.5% or more at 3, 5, 10 and 20 microns. The filter material uses inert inorganic fibers by Polyester non-woven fabric heat bonding fixed fibers to achieve high filtration efficiency Maintenance; and the use of EPOXY two-liquid epoxy resin combined with the entire filter element to achieve its burst strength (20 bar) and leak-free integrity. The upstream and downstream of the folded wave filter media are supported by a steel mesh to achieve the resistance required by the frequency flow change during cold start (20 bar)
Filter differential pressure calculation
Calculate and define the actual differential pressure value using the filter according to the filter data parameters provided above
Filter set ΔP = filter cartridge ΔP + filter cartridge ΔP
The flow rate and differential pressure curve of the filter cartridge are selected according to the parameter table of the flow rate and differential pressure of the filter element
Use the flow rate to correspond to the differential pressure value, and then use the flow rate and the oil product according to the parameters of the oil filter.
The specific gravity of the product and the test oil are proportional to the specific gravity and oil viscosity to calculate the filter differential pressure
Calculate the differential pressure of the filter cartridge ΔP = flow rate × filter element differential pressure parameter × oil ratio
Filter cartridge ΔP = ΔP × oil specific gravity ÷ 0.9 weight ÷ 0.9 × oil viscosity ÷ 32
Filter group ΔP = 1.15 × 0.88 ÷ 0.9 + 90 × 0.0076 × 0.88 ÷ 0.9 × 46 ÷ 32
Example: 10um filter accuracy
SK12T08NACYEN10S** = 1.12 + 0.96
Flow rate = 90 LPM
Oil viscosity = 46 cSt = 2.08 bar
Specific gravity of oil = 0.88
Explanation of differential pressure calculation recommendations
Pro-Pure's filter element corresponds to a high amount of pollutant, and Pro-Pure recommends that the differential pressure calculation of the filter group (when the filter element is still clean under the flow rate and oil operation) is the filter group differential pressure value ΔP 0.3× ≦ Set value of differential pressure indicator is appropriate

Hardware components: anti-corrosion electroplated clean end caps and center support
Filter material: Inert inorganic fiber (micro glass fiber), which is assembled and fixed by EPOXY epoxy resin.
Cleanable all-metal filter elements are also available.
Fluid chemical compatibility: Compared with petroleum base oil, water glycol, emulsified oil and HWCF with Buna-N seals
Claim. Viton-V seals are matched with phosphate ester oil and are tested according to ISO 2943.
Burst differential pressure rating: AA/AB/AC/AD – 20 bar
The above-mentioned breakdown pressure level is based on the ISO 2941 standard.
